This policy explains what information RushDial collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. RushDial is a service operated by InPerp LLC ("RushDial", "we", "us"). InPerp LLC is a United States affiliate of The AMZ Research Ltd (UK Company No. 14495849). RushDial calls and text messages are sent by InPerp LLC. If you have any questions, email [email protected].
When you use our demo or contact us, we collect only what you give us:
We do not ask for and do not want your financial information, government IDs, or passwords.
We use your name, number, and business details to run the personalized demo you requested, send related texts if you opted in, talk with you about our service, and book a call if you want one. We use technical data to understand which messages people respond to, prevent automated abuse, and limit repeated requests.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to receive text messages from RushDial, we use your name and mobile phone number to send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and information you request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.
We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number or personal information. We only share data with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our phone and messaging provider, and our scheduling tool), and only so they can perform that work for us.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information we will not share personal information with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to stop texts. To stop calls or all contact, tell the caller or email [email protected]. You can also ask us what data we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep a record of your consent, then we delete it. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum needed to honor your opt-out.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
