These terms cover your use of RushDial, a service operated by InPerp LLC ("RushDial", "we", "us"). By using our demo, our website, or our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
RushDial provides a "speed to lead" service: software and setup that calls and texts a business's new leads quickly, qualifies them, and books appointments. On our website we also offer a live demo, where you enter your own number and our AI calls you to show how it works.
Our service and demo are for business owners and operators in the United States. You must be at least 18 and enter your own phone number, or a number you are authorized to use.
When you check the consent box and enter your number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from RushDial at that number, including calls and texts made with automated or artificial-intelligence technology. Here is what that means:
Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
The demo places a real call to the number you enter, right after you submit the form. It is meant to show you how the service works. You can end the call at any time.
We work to help businesses respond to leads faster, but results depend on your leads, your offer, your team, and factors outside our control. Nothing on our website or in our calls is a promise of a specific number of appointments, sales, or revenue. Nothing we provide is legal advice; you are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
You agree not to use our demo or service to harass anyone, to enter numbers you are not authorized to use, or to break any law. We may refuse or stop service if we believe it is being misused.
To the extent allowed by law, RushDial and InPerp LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the demo or service. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer-protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
